Virgilio Costantini

Italian Painter Virgilio Costantini (1882 – 1940) started in Venice, where he observed the works of Sargent Lucien, Paul Besnard and Simon. He transferred the fresh and transparent effects of watercolors and soft tone transitions to oil painting.
