CANVASTAR acts in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in return transactions and every product can be returned within 7 days if the following conditions are met.


- Incomplete printing, crookedness, color differences in homogeneous color areas, surface defects in laminated products.

- Deformation, tearing or scratching of the canvas cloth.

- Separation of the canvas cloth from the tensioner in the wooden tensioner. The tensioner is broken or its parts are separated from each other.



- No conditions are required. Returns are accepted if it is not to your liking.



- Refunds are not made for products in this category.



- You must inform the seller by stating the reason within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without destroying the products you have purchased, without using them and without impairing the resaleability of the product.

-The invoice of the returned product must be with the product.

- Used, destroyed etc. Returns of such products are not accepted.

- Returns must be made as delivered.

- Any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use etc. on the product and its packaging. In cases where situations are detected and the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

- For adverse situations that may arise after the product reaches the customer, information should be obtained from the customer services immediately.

- For shipments made in accordance with the return conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
