Shipping

1. Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for the goods that you will purchase from Istanbul Art House is not included to the price of the good itself. For different countries and regions shipping costs differs with the size and dimensions. Please check every items shipping costs from the check out page. 
2. Packaging: All paintings prefered to be send in a hardshell tubes in rolled condition. Please ask for other sending methods and options before purchase. Please note that shipping costs doubles if we send the paintings strecthed and with framed. Please send an e-mail to info@canvastar.com regarding to this issue.
3. Shipping Time: We use Express air courier services such as  DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT for sending shipments as tracking available and it is more safe than normal posting methods.

Return Policy

1. CANVASTAR accepts to behave in the International Rights of the Return Policies.
2. All items purchased from CANVASTAR can be returned in 7 days regardless of any reason.
3. Buyer is obligated to inform CANVASTAR about the Return of any item before shipping.
4. Buyer should return the good in its original package because it is the safest way to return it.
5. Full refund will be given to the cnee in 15 days, except the shipping costs. If it is a credit card payment refund will be made in 30 days.
6. Used, damaged or destoyed goods are not subject for the return and refund.
7. Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping costs and the safety of the arrival of the returned good.
8. Buyer should return the goods with the same courier companies that CANVASTAR uses.

If damages occur upon delivery;

Please ask the delivery courier to arrange a damage report and do not accept the good/goods. If you accept and sign the “Prof of Delivery Sheet”, this means you get the item in normal conditions without any damage. If buyer provides the “Damage Report” and does the required actions, CANVASTAR is responsible for the penalty. Replacement or refund will be made with the both sides agreement.
